Dr. Morgan Trahant Lang is happy to call northwest Louisiana home; she grew up here and this is where she and her husband, Eric wanted to raise their children. Dr. Lang is proud to live in a community that values philanthropy. An active member of Junior League of Shreveport Bossier, Dr. Lang also supports Susan G. Komen, Girls on the Run, and many other philanthropies. She loves working in local schools to promote dental health through fun, educational instruction. For her commitment to community service, Dr. Lang was honored at the Top 40 Under 40 and was a finalist in the Virginia K. Shehee Most Influential Woman of the Year award. Dr. Lang loves spending time with her family and friends, playing tennis and shopping with her daughter.

Why are you participating?
Dancing For a Cure is a cause close to her heart since so many family members and friends have been affected by this disease. Dr. Lang is honored to be dancing for her late aunt Delilah, who lost her battle last year, her dear friend Dr. Betty Bruning, and her husband's grandmother who is a survivor of thirty years! These strong women serve as an inspiration to all who knew them.
