October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and employees of PBRC are raising funds for the fight against breast cancer. Every 13 minutes, one woman in the united states will lose her life to breast cancer. We know it’s not enough to just generate awareness for breast cancer. That’s why we take action on all fronts to fight this deadly disease. Your generosity helps Susan G. Komen® support those affected by breast cancer today, while tirelessly searching for tomorrow’s cures.

I am happy to report that I am now 2 years cancer free!

Because of COVID, the campaign will be just a fundraiser this year, no party.  Hopefully we can resume things normally by next October!  We will also only be able to take credit/debit card donations this year.

Our campaign will be the week of October 5 – October 9.  As we did last year, we are dealing specifically with Susan G. Komen Baton Rouge.  All funds raised will stay right here in our area.
